The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has officially released the detailed notification (Advertisement No. D-5/E-1/2025) for the recruitment of various specialized Group-A and Group-B Gazetted officers. What is OTR?

The One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory for all UPPSC applicants. You cannot submit the application form without an OTR Number.

  • Registration: Visit otr.pariksha.nic.in to register.
  • Timing: Generate your OTR number at least 72 hours before you intend to apply.
  • Syncing: If you updated your OTR profile recently, click on "Sync OTR Data" on the recruitment dashboard before applying.

Step-by-Step Application Process

  • Authenticate: Go to uppsc.up.nic.in, click "Apply Online", and authenticate using your OTR Number. Verify your personal details (Name, Father's Name, etc.) fetched from the OTR database.

New Selection Criteria (2025-26)

As per the new regulations (Oct 2025), the selection for these posts involves two stages:
